The work

Your training asks a lot of you.
Your support should, too.

SUJO is not about adding more effort to an already demanding practice. It is about understanding the order in which your body supports itself — then helping it find a more intelligent way to move.

01

Return from injury

When the body protects itself after pain or injury, it can learn patterns that linger long after healing. We work with those patterns patiently, without forcing a return before your body is ready.

02

Refine your technique

For dancers who are not injured but know that something feels inefficient, blocked or uneven. SUJO gives you a precise way to listen beneath the shape of the movement.

03

Prepare for performance

A tailored session can support the demands of rehearsal, touring and performance — so you arrive with more options, not more tension.

A first session

We begin with
your story.

  1. Listen. We talk about your training, performance demands, injuries and what you would like to return to.
  2. Observe. We look at the movement patterns your body uses now — with care, curiosity and no judgement.
  3. Move. You begin to feel the method through tailored sequences and clear cues.
